My Current Job profile is QA Lead and Management Representation of ISO process Internal Auditing, In this current organization where QA Manager is not available and QA Lead has to finalize all the QA plans and process. It was a challenge but I accomplished it successfully.
Most Important Decisions
I have tested business application creating my own business scenarios apart from client provided scenarios, As a Admin of Defect Management tool configured bug tool and generated Reports.
Plans for the Future
In Next one year I want to see my self as a successful QA Manager handling good responsiblities
Role Model
As a QA Manager the person who inspired me alot in my career is Mr. Amit Jaiswal, he was my QA Manager where I used to observe his command, his valid suggestions, his Communication with the team, handling Clients etc. I want to be one more Amit Jaiswal
Degrees that Matter
I earned good certifications like ISTQB, Brainbench, HP Certifications. I suggest QA to have atleast one or two certifications which will bring lot of confidence in you.
Current and Previous Responsibilities
In my current role handling Functional Consultants (FC). They suggest QA team with some issues which are out of requirements and make pressure on QA team to raise such suggestions. Previously when team is using excel sheets for bugs, I installed & configured open source bug tool and made it success
The Journey So Far
In my early days I used to learn the domain outside than the Requirements docs. ex: I learned Stock Market domain outside than the internal documents. then many concepts learned internal as well external like XML testing, Interface testing, End to End testing of applications.
Areas for the Future
End to End Testing Business Testing Scenario based Testing
Changes in the industry
Previously Testing was carried out for 100% coverage but now due to completion in timelines partial testing is carried out and some clients pressure is also playing a vital role in such deliveries
