Handling a team of 3 members in validating US client project (Internet video optimization gateway), Good in SNMP, HA, Radius, cli and Web apps testing. Good knowledge in Linux & Windows installations, VoIP Hardware Installations & SIP Protocol.

The Journey So Far
Started off as Business Dev. Executive and grown to the level of Asst. Manager-Retail Sales handling a Team of 10 members in my first job, then changed the line into IT. Joined as Jr. Test Engineer and gradually stepped up in the ladder as Test Engineer, Sr. Test Engineer and now become as Test Lead
Tech trends to watch out for
Automation/Scripting is key in today's environment. Person should have knowledge in atleast any one of the scripting language or any Automation Tool.
Degrees that Matter
I am not sure of this.
Most Important Lessons
First thing which is related to any profession --> Customer Satisfaction (Utmost importance). Healthy Interactions, Time Management, Knowledge Sharing among Team / cross-function members, Timely Reports, Thinking out-of-box.
Areas for the Future
Mobile Applications Testing, Automation (Scripting & some Tools like QTP, Selenium).
