About Narendra Kumar's family

I am from very small and typical villiage and we are from Agriculture background in Andhrapradesh. we are three brothers and all three are into IT industry and my father and mother do cultivation. I am Married and have 2 years daughter and my wife is house Maker
A Fine Balance:
I give more than 100% to my work during office hours and spend less time during off hours. I dedicate my weekends to personal life until unless I have pending official work. I Utilize my vacations properly for family work and visit my home town and meet relatives and friends atleast once a quarter
Points of inflection
I took gap of 11 months in between my career to start my own business but couldn’t succeed
Areas for the Future
Application of the theories studied and maintainng the best practices gained in the experience. Keep upto date in the Automated tools along with the Quality guidelines of the standard Organizations

Managing a team of 60 members for Middleware delivery on multiple technologies . Taking care of delivery, operations, engineering and people care as 2nd line Manager , J2EE Operations, Enterprise FTP operations, WWW operations, SMS operations MQ admin, Siteminder, Serena Dimension , Content manage

Moving from Technical contributor to Leadership after adequate SME level of technical expertize
Changes in the industry
Comparatively more comprehensive automated tools are in place now to manage the testing, but testing and QA guidelines and standards will not change

While taking decission to change the technology or the organization , we should analize the future companies growth and career growth inline with the Goal we have and then decide
