I see the typical trend from the industry on test leadership position is aligned with the expectations based on the product/services quality, user experience, time to market, delivered capabilities to end users/market, customer satisfaction and cost optimization In the next couple of years, I want to increase my involvement in the Testing domain.

Most Important Lessons
Passion, Testing Attitude and Quality focus are key success factors for the individuals success! We need to remember that where there is a code and human interaction; there could be a bug/error! By taking timely actions and periodical reviews one can avoid these errors. These are the important lessons I have learnt in my professional life.
Parting thoughts
It is estimated that in India there are more than 1 lack testers, which is the largest pool of software testing community in the world! The software testing profession is continued to be one of the growth oriented job function and critical requirement for product development R&D/IT Services companies

He has helped champion adoption of Enterprise-wide QA initiatives in Fortune 1000 organizations. Harsha represented on the Quality Councils of his customers, has nurtured extensive CXO level interactions. He has extensive experience working in General Electric, Hewlett Packard, Dell and various other organizations in IT leadership and program delivery roles
The Journey So Far
my career in serving global customers spans more than 17 years leveraging business and technology expertise working in global technology and services companies. Most recently i was Regional Head for QA in North America for Mahindra Satyam.i was part of the core leadership team and was was driving growth globally. He managed geographically distributed teams and partners and was responsible for growth of QA services, Sales and Pre-Sales support, and overall solution delivery for clients in US and Canada.
