I come from a family of government servants and both me my brother and sister were given the best possible education in our town and a environment of growth was fostered.
Currently working at
i work in a central PSU. i was initially in technical support and now in public procurement, business development and quality assurance
Current and Previous Responsibilities
Current Responsibilities include: 1. preparation of proposals, RFP, EOI and MOUs for various Clients 2. Conduct end to end procurement for multiple Clients 3. Ensure the QMS of the division
Plans for the Future
I envisage a growth in my career, in a quantum manner, sticking on the procurement and QA field
Areas for the Future
1. ensuring quality standards for the entire process lifecycle 2. expanding the suite of standards being used 3. use the QMS for continual improvement of the system

A Fine Balance:
work while u work, play while you play. apply your mind and be focused on whatever you do, whether be it personal or professional. learn to think, broader, wider, beyond and ahead

i cant mention just one, but in the past Bhagat Singh, Chandrashekar Azad, Abe Lincoln and in the current scenarion Anna Hazare. Why they inspire me can be learnt from what they have done or are doing

my primary field in not QA, and even in QA I am not in the IT field
Most Important Lessons
1. Stick to your views if you feel they are right. 2. Be rapid and meticulous at the same time on what you do. 3. Never procrastinate 4. Be always willing to listen, since there is always something to learn 5. dont be judgemental and rigid about people or situations
