Most Important Lessons
Understand and develop from the basic Engineering. Be a perfectionist in every activity.Don't crave for money alone. Learn and teach what you do in engineering or other field and create a stand by for you. Learn from failures but avoid failures because of your mistakes.Treat all others equal to you.
Role Model
There many starting with Late Dr.A S Adke 1st and our Principal at KREC(present NITK). Late Ms.Indira Gandhi for bold decisions. The living model Dr APJ Abdul Kalam and his students like Gen.Dr. V J Sundaram, Dr.Saraswat of the Missile Team.My inspiration is their dedicated hardwork and commitment.

Plans for the Future
Depends on destiny, on which I believe strongly and the opportunities, but an ambition is that I should be a Full time Director Industry-Institute unit like a science & Technology Entrepreneurs Park in a Deemed University/IIT/NIT
Most Important Decisions
My decisions were dominated to ensure that I am in Technology working as an Engineer related to my field of Engineering like Electronics,Power,Semiconductor Technology etc and preferred domains like R&D, PROJECTS,maintenance Marketing. Considering the above I took decisions to advance my Career.
Parting thoughts
I started with Core Industry, Instead the present generation starting with IT Industry.Hence I didn't had any problem to switch over from one domain to another even after many years of service. Hence we feel we are jacks of all trades and could adjust easily for any situation or problem.
The Journey So Far
26 years in Core Industry in R&D, Projects,Testing, Commissioning,Marketing Planning and Maintenance of light to heavy Machinery. 12 years in Institution teaching in a different methodology. My career started at Rs600/-PM multiplied today by 150,from R&D Engineer to Manager to Director.
Changes in the industry
QA/Testing for us is as per Customer Specifications and Satisfaction. The test equipments or the programs are done us and not routine although all standards are followed.Automation has increased with the technology and of course with better and more accurate results.Failure&and yield improved.
A Fine Balance:
The qualities and attitude what one develops during process of his career teaches him the way to balance the work and life.Work is worship Enjoy and Complete it at any cost perfectly.Similarly Life is to be enjoyed completing all necessary needs doing religiously and perfectly.
