I am from a middle class family.My father is a farmer ans he also deals in property.Mother is a house wife.I am the oldest among the three siblings.I have done B.Tech in 2007 from Computer Science.

I have chosen private sector It company in spite of leaving Government Sector.Although I have got job in Central Railway at the starting of my career, but I did not join that and joined a private sector IT company.

I am having 4.6 years of experience in Java,J2EE.Currently working in US based MNC from last one year.
Current and Previous Responsibilities
Here I am working as a Track Lead(Team Lead) that is completely different from my previous role that was a Senior Developer.
Plans for the Future
At least as an Associate Manager or equivalent designation in next 2-3 years.

Just start from manual testing, then after understanding full life of software testing, go for automation and later for performance testing.
