Harsha Nutalapati

Harsha serves as Sr. Vice President & CEO of Indium. He will be driving Indiums growth and transformation as a leading organization globally. He will focus on developing and executing strategies to capitalize on opportunities to launch Indium in the top league of QA/Testing services companies.

In his new role, Harsha spends a significant portion of his time with customers evangelizing Independent QA - articulating Indiums value proposition, understanding customer needs and tailoring the company's solution offerings to win-win relationships. Harsha provides the strategic direction and thought leadership for Indium.

Harsha's career in serving global customers spans more than 17 years leveraging business and technology expertise working in global technology and services companies. Most recently he was Regional Head for QA in North America for Mahindra Satyam. Harsha was part of the core leadership team and was driving growth globally. He managed geographically distributed teams and partners and was responsible for growth of QA services, Sales and Pre-Sales support, and overall solution delivery for clients in US and Canada.

He has helped champion adoption of Enterprise-wide QA initiatives in Fortune 1000 organizations. Harsha represented on the Quality Councils of his customers, has nurtured extensive CXO level interactions. He has extensive experience working in General Electric, Hewlett Packard, Dell and various other organizations in IT leadership and program delivery roles. He has several years of core expertise in ITO, Test process consulting, QA Centres of Excellence, and Enhancing the maturity of the QA in client organizations.

He holds a Certificate of Global Business Leadership from U21/Harvard Business School publishing; a Masters in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Technology-Delhi, India with specialization in Strategy and Systems Management; and a Bachelors in Engineering with specialization in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
