Mindfire Solutions plans not to focus on growth by numbers but growth by expertise. For the company, organic growth refers to growth in specific expertise rather than plain headcount. The company plans to focus on building expertise in more niche-technology areas where its clients need their jobs done in. It will do everything it takes to meet the needs of its clients and if that translates to getting expertise which in turn means a larger headcount, it will be done as well. But its focus will remain undiluted – continuing to expand in terms of expertise which is beneficial to its clients. Headcount growth is totally secondary
As of now, the company operates from India and has sales offices in the United States and clients all over the globe.
