Most Important Lessons
do not under estimate the work we are doing... and be sincere in work and look for the oppurtunity always and do not miss any of them(becuase noboby is in a position to ask/see you how you performing, so prove yourself), and do not keep expectations.
The Journey So Far
Started carrer as a Trainee Software QA in a small scale software company, infact that is the company where i learned many thing, and moved to a product based company as a senior test engineer
Degrees that Matter
Mostly I observed for testing no certifications are required, its always a thoguht and experience how to test a component effectively as a end user... but if you want to show the difference from others recommnded are handling scrums CSM and for testings - ISTQB basic and advanced and quality trains
Required Reading
googling is the master for every question... :) I recommend follow your seniors or most experienced persons in your collegues as testing is and no end process and always based on experiences.
A Fine Balance:
I won't think about the work when iam in home/vacation... unless if i thoguht it will show effect on my previous effort.
