Changes in the industry
I started career in testing as a support function to do a final check before production release. The entire Product management, Business requirement, Technology phase was a black screen for me. Today, I play a key role being involved from initiation to delivery and beyond
Most Important Lessons
1. You cannot control the time for delivery of a product. What you can control is how best you perform with time at hand. 2. Testing is not done to Break a software, Testing adds Value to Product
