Current role is to Manage the team from Team Management, Product Specialist and hot escalations, Mentoring and Training perspective. In this role, I would be the POC from supportability team to provide inputs and onboard projects to the team.
In Previous role, I was handling only escalation calls.
Degrees that Matter
I do not have any QA/Testing certification. All I learned by experience and interest. If I get a chance, I would take up certification in future.
I would not recommend anything to the readers about certification. I would prefer them go by strengths and experience.
A Fine Balance:
Challenges makes your thinking better and advance you to become experts in what you do. I do not hesitate to approach anyone if I have to learn something which is important to balance the work.
I listen more than talking. Do not entertain cross talks that could damage my work life and reputation.
