I Come from Uttar Pradesh, Born at Mawana(Meerut)in 1952, married, have two dughters - Elder one a Dentist from Meerut and Younger on a Software Engineer with MS from US, both married and living in USA. I live presently in Recife, Pernambuco State of Brazil with my wife.
Areas for the Future
Material handling and packing Automation, Auto warehouse systems, Design Engineering and Projects - concepts to commissioning with TQA , Testing , commissioning and start-up. Systems are designed , installed and commissiond for Polyester Products - POY/FDY/DTY and PSF Bales.
Most Important Lessons
Learning is a continuous process, always look differently, look for innovative solutions, trust the technology,follow participative style of management,Obstacles do come but keep flowing like water, Concentrate on work and do not pay attention to critism in the work circle.
Most Important Decisions
Job change adds to your flexibility, adaptability and dynamism. Changed from Power Electronic R&D to System design to manufacturing of Electrical & Electronic Control Equipment, moved to Polyester Plant Mintenance to Projects in India and finally to Brazil.All decisions have been critcal in career.

Current and Previous Responsibilities
The role now is like a mentor and guide where I share my experience with the plant people for design, installation, start-up and maintenence of Automated Handling Systems. I develop youngsters for the technology and technology absorption, management skills for future leaders.
A Fine Balance:
It is an art of management where you learn from the neighborhood and social circles right from your childhood.
Parting thoughts
Education plays a very important role to keep you strong, Continuous learning to remain update on technology and manegement skills help you sail smoothly, developing the youngsters is an important responsibility but remember delegation may sometime lead to delgating your chair!
Tech trends to watch out for
QA/QC/Testing of software, software interlocks, software interface, Data Base helps in reducing start-up time of a project and in minimising system stabilisation period.
Changes in the industry
This concept has migrated from "No Belief" to "Necessity"
Role Model
Simple living and high thinking, be always ready to listen carefully, analyse and respond, do not be extrovert while dealing with subordinates. Give respect to get respect! Try to be respectful by your acts, behaviour, innovation and knowledge.
Currently working at
Am assisting the team of Engineers at Petrobras Group company for the grass root Polyester Project in the field of POY/FDY bobbins handling and packing, On-line laboratory, DTY creel cart monitoring automation project, Project of High Bay Auto Warehouse - from basic design concepts to Commissioning.
Points of inflection
People do not try to understand technology and become most active in other's field of specialisation as critics. This is seen as being encouraged by conventional top managers in India! The technology of cut,copy and paste has made every one expert in every field.

Guiding and supporting the Gen-Z to become successful leaders of tomorrow,sharing knowledge and experience for process improvement in manufacturing organisations
