Plans for the Future
I am preparing for GMAT. So in 2 years, I will be a manager(IT) in any organization of repute.
A Fine Balance:
its not the case for always; no time for personal life because of lots of work. whenever such situation encountered, work preferred. For personal life, I steal time from my sleeping hours.
Areas for the Future
From future's perspective, we need an efficient output benefiting into cost saving. So Agile methodology will gain preference. from domain's perspective....Mobile computing will bring revolution.
The Journey So Far
I started my journey with NIIT Education, Meerut where I played as Technical Trainer and Test Engineer. After that I joined AONHewitt as test engineer and become a Sr, Test Engineer there. I Involved in both type of testing; automation and manual.
Changes in the industry
Responsibility paradigm shifted from senior level to junior level. We start testing from the early phase of development ie. requirement gathering.
Most Important Lessons
We will always not have good people around us. We have to develop compatibility, no goal will remain unachievable. success lies in team work. Effective resource management; which in turn increases the motivation among workforce, increases efficiency and quality.
Never trust developer, always be skeptical, keep your eyes open. Never assume anything to be right even if its a simple functionality. always look at the system not only as end user, who don't know anything about technology but also as technically sound person who can break the system.
Most Important Decisions
resigning from my current job recently to devote time for GMAT preparation.
