Degrees that Matter
From my perspective , certification does help in QA/Testing. even though in certification go through with the theory only..but it gives the unbderstanding of the testing. In case of tools like LR and QTP , when we start preparation for certification ....we can understand the tool throughly
Most Important Decisions
Initially after college I joined teaching profession (faculty of BCA and MCA batches ). I took a step to leave the teaching profession and join testing after 4 years of exp as faculty. It was a challenge for me to accomodate my self in a coorporate culture and learn testing.
A Fine Balance:
Take the things in positive manner and learn at each and every step ...set the task priorities and plan accordingly
Tech trends to watch out for
In my career in testing what I am seeing ..scope of the testing is became wider. Now a days there are lot off challenges in the testing and new things to learn. At every step tester needs to upgrade his/her skills. testing is divided domain wise ...and industry demand for specific domain expert
