A self educated and developed person, middle of the five brothers, I have two sons, elder is Managing Director, Citi Venture, San Francisco and younger is Director, Strategic Partnership, AmEx Bank NY, USA. My Wife is MA, BEd and had been teaching for last 20 years

Shift to full time academic work after 34 years of corporate career reaching to the top management position with the philosophy of ECG (Enjoying, contributing and growing). Identifying the factor needs focus to enhance and then decide to enhance it. If not possible then decided to change the work.
