i am Director General of Saritsa Foundation. I conceptualisd the mission and founder trustee Saritsa Foundation (Saritsa Charity Trust ) empowers people by building their capacity to minimize risks from disasters like earthquake, flood, cyclone, tsunami, sea level rise ,land slides, terrorism.
Plans for the Future
I am looking forward to make disaster management and climate change a People centered, people led and people owned initiative to save innocent lives without being totally government centtic for minimizing losses.Saritsa Foundation raise awareness and impart education and training.
Currently working at
I am Director General of Saritsa Foundation. I lead a team of expert who work in 18 states of India. Saritsa Foundation is a Mobile University for Disater Risk Reduction. It reaches to the vulnerable people in rural and urban INDIA.

Joined Indian Army denying the chice to join IAS,IPS OR IFS. Served Armygloriously.Written a book titled “Dynamics of National Security- Essential Dimensions
And Perspectives,published by JAICO with a forward by then Vice chancellor of MUMBAI,Dr B L Mungekar,former member planning commission .
Current and Previous Responsibilities
Lead the team of experts an academicians to prepare people to save lives and means of livelihood from disasters to contribute for the society. CONTRIBUTE FOR THE MISSION TO SUSTAIN IT,SINCE MOST OF THE FINANCIAL SUPPOT COMES FROM MY PENSION AND THEIR SUPPORT.

There are many Indians who have led the country to be what we are to day. They have sacrificed their to day for our tomorrow. I am grateful to them because they worked for the nation first and then for themselves. We need sensitized youth who learn to have devotion to serve the nation.
Managing disasters and impacts of climate change is interwoven with our sustainable development and poverty eradication. The community has to be aware ,alert and prepared to minimize losses of lives and means of livelihood. we as a nation are least concerned and prepared for the same.
Most Important Decisions
My most satisfying decision has been to conceptualize the mission of Saritsa Foundation to give back to society where we have got every thing and lead the mission of Saritsa Foundation.
