Automation (QTP) and Performance (Load Runner)are the two very important tool now a days in Testing. This will matter most in future. From a general point of view, I would say that out of the box thinking will give more exposure to sustain in this field.
A person without an aim can not be successful, no matter how mammoth luck he is carrying.
My Parents - I salute their principles and the struggle they did.

It has became more industry independent, which I think gave this area to have more opportunity to grow with, and as a result one need to be very much responsible to sustain here.

Accenture values most for Work Life Balance, they give value for each individuals. I like this thing. Hence so far I can maintain my Work Life Balance.
