Iam working in Logitech Engineering and Designs India PVT LTD as a Senior Quality Engineer. • Leading a team of 5-6 members. • SME from offshore. • Participate in Sprint activities • Assigning testing tasks to the team. • Preparing Daily & weekly, Status Reports. • Planning for Sprint Testing Activities. • TestPlan preparation. • Regression Testing • Part of Release Testing and monitoring production. • Raising bugs and part of Bug Triage meetings • Organize the status meetings

Totally iam having 8+yrs of experience in Testing field. Current domain is Web Application Testing. Learned and worked in newly emerging technologies like HTML5.Mobile Applications,GoogleTV etc. Opportunities are provided to me to grow. Got to know about different technologies, business, and even attitude. Current Location : Chennai
The Most Important Game
Release date is planned and as per the decisions taken by sr.leaders we have started Regression testing on Preproduction and we continuously found one after the other some blocking issues while testing. once fix has come and deployed again one more blocking issue, it went on like that for 2 weeks even i stood their without compromising for Release date to provide a Quality build.

Things will change, people around you also will changes. Changes are good to adopt. Accept changes and go ahead accordingly. we should not stick on one thing. we have to grow and run as per the changes.

What ever work you do put full concentration on that and learn. Don't just work as to work, work hard and learn your self to grow in career. Try differently, Do smart work. Mistakes are not sins, we learn from mistakes.
Starting Differently Again
I will work with different people to get different ideas, Work closely with senior and domain experts to get quick and accurate knowledge on the Domain. Regular Syncup and communicate with all team members. Work closely and present daily status to seniors. Will make a target in each weekmonth to learn new things , explore and give presentation to the team members Prepare a Documentation what ever you are learning share to all team members so that they also can guide you and learn them selfs, Even they also will share you whatever they had learned
