About Anup Nair's family

We moved to Mumbai in 1987 from Kerala. My mother is a teacher, father works in a petrochemical company. My wife is a doctor, have two children. I have a younger brother who is based out of Bangalore and is an interaction designer.

Started my Career as software developer and then moved into Software testing domain. Stepped the ladder from test analyst,senior tester,test lead to senior test manager.Currently working with Zurich insurance UK as a Senior Test Manager

Current role is very challenging as entire project team is in different geographical locations. So many new technologies emerge in the market but the trend I have see happening is customizing these technologies or test strategies as per the need of the project.So I believe customization or tailoring of the technologies as per the project nature and need will make the project successful
