Thoughts on Education system of our country
When I look at education system, I don’t want to say it’s only about going to school and learning; it’s much more than that -
“Always a good start is required” to achieve anything in life. Human brain would grow to its 25 % by age of 3 years. Lot of kids gets less attention in their first 3 years from parents, who are the first teachers. They lack this knowledge and always be in assumption education is from School. Earlier education system in schools is all about teaching you “what and how” but never ever provided guide to think “why”. But now the trend is changing – thanks to Google and Wikipedia.
Now the policies and norms have to focus on what percentage of people are benefited with this. Government / schools should bring a revolutionary change to this approach, so that at least next generation would say “India is a developed” country. It ‘s a collective effort which start from everyone’s home and kid.
Important decisions I made is turning a sentence to career mantra - “Never say No, without attempting to the challenge”. Regarding a task I said “It can’t be done, as it looks impossible” when my first boss asked me to work on it. Later when I attempted to work on it, it took me a stretch of 13 hours to achieve it. I enjoyed that moment where I lost track of time, and it earned me a life time learning and recognisation in my first job.
I was a very shy, with no soft skills like presentation, communication, interaction; I’ve given lot of effort on these by understanding the importance of it along with work.
Initiative to develop a country

There are many points which I would like to talk, for now I would be interested to share my view about couple of points
Social equity: We do exact opposite to the meaning Wikipedia publishe. And many people at office, roads, home, politics just exploit it for own benefits, and they teach it to kids. Many preach “we all are one, blood is red” but they never follow it from heart. As a citizen why don’t we treat others equally as we do respect our family.
As an professionals we need to be unite and work on burning social issues, share ideas, opinions to eradicate it from roots, expose and educate the public about good and bad – before we do any other effort to say “developed country”
My family background
My father use to do pulses trading and irrigation pipes manufacturing business and Mother is a home maker. I grew up at my uncle’s place.
I’m married to my best friend Mitul; She’s a Bengali and I’m Telugu. Both of our cultures are different in all the ways starting from food to living style but it never made us feel different. Whenever I read Chetan bhagat’s “Two states” it reminds me my past before marriage.
She’s my support and priority in my life.
We are blessed with Ahaan in 2011, very naughty and mischievous.
I and my wife want to provide him the best what we are capable with, along with a good character.
Couple of years from now
I want to contribute as much as I can to my company for the current position I'm in. Once I mastered in the role, I see myself to move on management ladder. I enjoy supporting my team members, and strive to set a good example for others.
My first goal will be to meet or exceed expectations laid on me in the current position.
Along with awards & recognization received for my best performance in various organizations, happiest deeds which I consider as achievements are about the mentoring I gave to my teams and team members; Most of the time I tell my team “Attitude” is the key of success.
I feel proud when they called me and thanked.
Brief description about me
I earned Masters degree from IGNOU, for computer applications; Before that I did my graduation in economics, commerce and computer applications;
My 13+ years of career stareted with “Instruction Desgining” team.
Later moved on to different fields like – designing, graphics, engineering, testing, management and training. I worked with versatile teams, team size [2-70] , products, industries.
Most of my career is expertised into requirement analysis, project management and client coordination, and training.
Right now I’m working as a delivery manager for couple of US products which aids CAs, based on government norms.
At free time I enjoy reading books of my favourite author “Edward de bono”; Favourite pass time is painting & sketching.
Degree that I recommend
But on top of anything, practical knowledge and implication is worthy.

As a child, he struggled mentally and emotionally as well as physically, but eventually came to terms with his disability and, at the age of seventeen, started his own non-profit organization, Life Without Limits. Vujicic presents motivational speeches worldwide, on life with a disability, hope and finding meaning in life. He also speaks about his belief that God can use any willing heart to do his work and that God is big enough to overcome any and all disabilities.
