About Ajay Kewat's family

I belong from a small town, Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh. My family is a big family, We are 3 brothers & 2 sisters, & I am 4th children. I am recently married to Jyoti, my beloved. My parents stay in Bilaspur & my father is retired service man. he enjoys spending time in home in garden.
The Journey So Far
I started my career from Pune, upon completion of my B.Tech from Institute of Technology, Bilaspur. I got a job in Mumbai with Newgen S/W Technologies Pvt Ltd. After working 2.5 yrs, I shifted to head office in Delhi another 2.5 years. Then I shifted back to Pune with Infosys Technologies.
Areas for the Future
Cloud testing, automation testing will be most profitable.
Current and Previous Responsibilities
I lead a team of 4-6 people. I feel it quite challenging, since the work which I can do, is very difficult if it is expected from other team members. I majorly work on the implementation part of the softwares & product. In spare time, we chat & gossip as well.
Degrees that Matter
Not yet.. about to go for SCJP(Java) certification...
Points of inflection
The most important point is my clearing 12th exam with first division & then clearing BTECH. The First JOB definitely add's a great boost to career, as he is extremely dedicated to it in learning, then he becomes professional. Friends add lot of advantage to every stage is going ahead.
Plans for the Future
I will be looking ahead as an individual contributor in providing employment to other needful people. I will be exploring opportunities for others to get benefited by joining my owned organization.
A Fine Balance:
I am working smartly in office to close all my day schedule task, so that I can leave in time. Also, on my way back to home I do pick my wife from her office. Also, I need to work more smart than to work HARD to save time & energy. Save Energy to Save Time :)

Google/WIKI is the best book.

Learn functional part of the product to test & then to automate it.
Currently working at
Coding, Review, Deployment, mentoring, discussion with client, Client support, planning, designing & more.
Role Model
Ratan TATA... :) What a MAN, come what may.... Generate the Best Possible solution for the Needy & not the greedy.
Parting thoughts
I am quite far from my family, & i do miss my family a lot. If I get a chance to work in IT near by home, I'll definitely be delightful to grab that opp0rtunity.
Tech trends to watch out for
Cloud Tesing gonna flourish like anything in some years.
Changes in the industry
It's a complete domain these days & now No company can think of a solution without testing QA team. Lot more areas are there are cover more in testing.
