I've personally seen Sameer Nathan at his work. In stead of working only at superficial level and reporting defects, he would find the actual reason for the defect in the capacity of a tester. I've found this trait not very common among QA professionals.
It was great working with Sameer - his dedication, passion, and attention to detail has been something you have to reckon with. He truly deserves to be recognized.
He is one of the coolest guy I have ever seen. As he has mentioned he is professional but still friendly which is not easy as there is a thin line between the two. Way to go Sameer!
Sameer was one of the best QA mangers i have worked with, who always tries to bring the latest trends in the industry to our project, be it some automation tool, some framework, and asks team to get more knowledge in it, which hels us a lot in our career.
Sameer is a very dedicated and committed QA professional. Apart from technical knowledge he people skills are excellent. He deserves this award.
Helping Nature, Quick Decision Maker, Believe in learning first and then guide others with correct approach, Calm and Cool in any situation. Overall best in every way and Sameer deserve this award.
All the best and keep rocking professional life..:)

One of the Best Managers We had in WIPRO. His approach to a problem is quite unique. He has initiated a good amount QA process, which we are still using to make defect delivery on time :).
Sameers approach for testing has been very out of the box...he has a special knack to identify areas that directly map to customer use cases which others wouldn't have thought about....he also has fine blend of technical as well people skills...

Sameer had been mentor for me at the begining of my career and he is one of the most innovative and detail oriented to make manual testing very interesting for me. He is one of the most knowledgable when it comes to testing.
